1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MoodSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

MoodSIM provides digital eSIM products for mobile data connectivity. Our eSIMs are delivered electronically and can be installed on compatible devices. eSIMs are digital goods that cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Eligibility & Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services
  • You must have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device
  • You are solely responsible for verifying device compatibility and carrier unlock status before purchase
  • You are responsible for verifying network coverage in your destination

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. eSIM Activation

  • eSIMs must be activated within the validity period specified
  • Once activated, the data plan begins according to the activation type
  • eSIM QR codes are for single use only and cannot be transferred
  • You must enable Data Roaming for the eSIM to function in most destinations

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, refunds are only available for verified technical issues that prevent connectivity. Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Installed or activated eSIMs
  • Change of travel plans
  • Device incompatibility or carrier lock
  • User error or failure to follow installation instructions
  • Purchase of incorrect plan

7. Fair Usage Policy

Some plans include fair usage policies. Excessive usage may result in reduced speeds as specified in the plan details. This is not grounds for a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

MoodSIM is not liable for network coverage issues, carrier restrictions, temporary outages, or device incompatibilities. We provide services through third-party network operators and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
